In an exclusive Hello Magazine feature Jo introduces us to her son Lenny, who she named after her late Grandfather. He is absolutely adorable and Jo looks a picture, healthy, happy and sporting a new brunette hairstyle. She tells all about how much she is loving motherhood and that the father will be playing an active role in little Lenny's life. As if that wasn't enough great news, Jo is planning on a comeback and is going to start recording a new solo album this coming July!

The Little Man Has Arrived!....Posted on May 22nd '08
On Monday the 12th May Jo gave birth to her first little boy, weighing in at 7lb and 15oz. He was born by Cesarian section about a week before Jo's actual due date. The name of her child will be announced to the public by Jo when ready. I know most of you already knew about the birth, as he was born just as I and Charl (the owner of TotallyJo.net) jetted off to Portugal for a week, so I have only just been able to update the site. Both Jo and her son are fit and healthy and she is delighted to be a mother. Keep checking back here for details when they are ready to be announced. On that note a big CONGRATULATIONS to Jo from everyone here.

Thanks to Julie for letting the visitors of this site know that Jo will
be appearing in the next issue of 'Hello' magazine, due for release on
Tuesday. The interview as well as the pictures are said to be beautiful

- We can now reveal to you that Jo will be having a little boy in May -

Jo reveals all
about pregnancy &
finding refuge!....Posted on January 20th '08
Jo
has released a very touching interview in today's daily mail. Where she
reveals all about how she found refuge in rescuing animals and seeing
the horses she rescued again were like her therapy after 'Big Brother'.
They rescued her right back.
Jo also reveals that she is now six months pregnant! 'I'm nervous at the
thought of a little person calling me mum' she says, 'but its a very
happy way to begin 2008'. She feels last year was an extremely bad year
for her but is glad it happened as it made her look at her life
differently and gave her a 'kick up the backside'. She now feels like
she can start a fresh in 2008, new year, new baby, new purpose.
She is also not rushing into anything but is considering a few options
for the future like working with Jermaine Jackson and a charity show

Portrait Magazine Feature

recently received an email from the editor of Portrait - a New Zealand
based online teen magazine with an international team of writers and
readers. For the release of their October issue they have decided to do
a feature on British musicians who have yet to make it nationally. This
feature of course includes our Jo along with a few others, Rachel
Stevens, Girls Aloud and Sugababes.

Wow, its been
very quiet around here lately! Well, its not that exciting but this is
just a quick update to let you know I've rearranged a few things on this
homepage to neaten the site up a bit. You may notice the slightly
different arrangements under the title banner above plus alot of the
clutter that was under the tag board in the right hand side column has
now gone, its been reduced to simple links at the very bottom of the
page. I'm trying to go for much more of a simple, professional look with
this site rather than a 'fansite' look. I've also highlighted our point
of it being a central meeting place for fans worldwide, I don't think
that point ever came across very well before.
The gallery has also been changed again since the last update and we now
have a Coppermine gallery which requires you to register to view our
pictures. The Coppermine gallery is much easier for me to use from the
admin side and alot easier for you to navigate around and comment on
pictures. If you have any pictures you would like to contribute, please
do and you will be given credit. Anyway, that's about all at the moment, sorry its not more
exciting but you'll have to make your own fun for now. You have the
tagboard and forum still to communicate and quite a few things to
participate in around the site. Like quizzes, polls, encounters,
artwork, greeting cards etc.
Gallery

I'm pleased to
say that finally the gallery is back up and running! It's not as
spectacular as I hoped it would be, but it has been fixed, cleared up
and updated, which is much better than having no gallery at all. I will
continue updating it and try my best to keep on top of it this time. If
you have any pictures you would like to contribute, please do by
emailing me. Talking of contributing things, if there is anything else
you would like to send in for the fan section, or videos etc feel free
too. I will update the sections straight away, depending on what you
want to contribute to you will find more information on the relevant
page.
Lastly, we have a new quote of the moment that has recently been sent
in, so check that out in the Jo O'Meara info section.

I've finally managed to
update a few parts of the site as they were getting quite dated, and
added a brand spanking new page called 'Pets & Animals'. You'll find
this under the 'Jo O'Meara' section, this is quite a nice new page and
probably one of my favourites. I've also updated the 'Family & Friends',
'Tattoos' and 'Celeb Friends' pages under the same section. Those are
the main changes, I am simply correcting and bringing up to date other
little bits around the site. Lastly, You may of already noticed but the
quizzes are also back up and running.
